Terms for using Reset Intelligence memberships, book purchases, and the affiliate program. Subscription, refund, and acceptable-use policies.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of resetintelligence.com and any related products, including paid memberships, books, and digital downloads. By accessing the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Reset Intelligence is a publishing business based in Queensland, Australia, operating as a sole proprietorship. Contact: exit_fiat@resetintelligence.com.

2. Products and Services

  • Free membership: access to selected public posts, the archive after paywall expiry, and occasional newsletters.
  • Daily Briefing membership: US $5 per month. Includes daily briefings and audio narration.
  • Intelligence membership: US $17 per month or US $153 per year. Includes everything in Daily Briefing plus Intelligence Research Reports and source guides.
  • Head of the Snake (book): ebook US $9.99, audiobook US $14.99, complete bundle US $19.99. Delivered via Payhip and Amazon.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to sign up. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We authenticate members via magic link; no password is stored.

4. Payment, Billing, and Renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.
  • Prices are in US dollars. Local taxes may apply at checkout.
  • You can cancel at any time through your member portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

5. Refunds

  • Book and digital downloads: due to the nature of instant-delivery digital goods, book sales are final unless the file is defective or undeliverable. If a download fails, we will resend.
  • Subscriptions: subscription refunds are at our discretion and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact exit_fiat@resetintelligence.com.

6. Affiliate Program

  • Approved affiliates receive a tracked link and earn 50% commission on every sale attributed to their link within the 30-day tracking cookie window.
  • Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal after a 30-day hold period to account for refunds.
  • Affiliates may not use fraudulent traffic, bot clicks, paid Google or Meta ads on branded keywords, or misleading creative. Accounts found in breach will be terminated and unpaid commissions forfeited.
  • Affiliates may not purchase through their own link.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share paid content with non-members or redistribute it in any form
  • Scrape the site at a rate that disrupts service
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our systems
  • Use the service to transmit unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent content

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including briefings, Intelligence Research Reports, Head of the Snake, images, and audio, is the copyrighted property of Reset Intelligence unless otherwise credited. You may quote short excerpts with attribution for commentary or review. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or publish full works without written permission.

9. No Financial Advice

Nothing published by Reset Intelligence constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. See the full Disclaimer for detail. By using the service you acknowledge and agree to the Disclaimer.

10. Warranties and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reset Intelligence and its operators disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with or without notice. On termination, your access ends; any unused prepaid period may be refunded at our discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland unless otherwise required by consumer law in your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our products or legal obligations change. Material changes will be announced via email to active members. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
