The Pentagon wants every major US base at home able to run for 90 days without outside electricity, water, fuel or communications. The same week, the White House announced a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine in Oleshky, with talks set for November, and Elon Musk was reported to have put about $1 billion into Skydance, CNN's owner.
In Baghdad, Prime Minister al-Zaidi said the dollars the IQD depends on are being held back until they can't reach the armed factions, and the Central Bank says a $1 billion shipment lands within a week. The street closed Sunday at 167,750 IQD for $100, against the bank's 152,000. Saturday and Sunday were the first lower closes in two weeks.
